We want you to be fully satisfied with your G.H.BASS purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unworn footwear and apparel in its original packaging. Please note that a small restocking fee may apply to mail-in returns, while exchanges are always complimentary.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items in their original shoebox or packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
